1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") is established electronically between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer, who makes purchases through the website www.stable-flex.com.

BUYER
The Buyer's name, surname, address, phone number, and e-mail address consist of the information provided during the order.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the website www.stable-flex.com.
3. PRODUCT AND PRICE INFORMATION
The type, quantity, color, size, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the ordered products consist of the information specified on the order screen.
By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted this information.
4. ORDER AND PAYMENT
The order is processed after the payment transaction is successfully completed.
The Seller reserves the right to verify the order in cases deemed necessary for security or technical reasons.
Products are not shipped without payment confirmation.
5. DELIVERY
Orders are normally prepared and sent via MNG Kargo within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may be extended due to official holidays, natural disasters, force majeure, or transportation-related delays. In such cases, the Buyer will be informed.
Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer during the order.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer, within the scope of applicable consumer legislation, may exercise their right of withdrawal without any justification within 14 days from the date of product delivery.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be notified in writing or through a permanent data carrier within the legal period.
7. RETURN CONDITIONS
The product to be returned must be:

Unused,

Its original packaging undamaged,

In a re-saleable condition,

Sent with all its accessories and invoice, if any.
Legal provisions regarding products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised according to relevant legislation shall apply.
8. WARRANTY AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
If the delivered product is found to be defective, the Buyer may exercise their optional rights arising from the applicable consumer legislation.
9. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data shared by the Buyer is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) no. 6698 and relevant legislation in force.

10. FORCE MAJEURE
Natural disaster, war, terrorist incidents, epidemic diseases, transportation problems, decisions by official authorities, or similar situations beyond the control of the parties are considered force majeure.
In such cases, the Seller cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery.
11. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts authorized and competent according to the applicable consumer legislation are authorized.
12. EFFECTIVENESS
By placing an order through the website www.stable-flex.com, the Buyer declares to have read, understood, and electronically accepted the entire Distance Sales Agreement.
This agreement comes into effect with the electronic approval of the order.
