CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Şahan Halı, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased through www.stable-flex.com, you can process your returns and cancellations under the following conditions.

Order Cancellation

You can request cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped.
For orders already handed over to cargo, the right of withdrawal can be exercised under applicable legislation after the product is received.

Right of Withdrawal

In distance sales, the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal without stating any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable legislation. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are subject to relevant legal provisions.

Return Conditions

The product to be returned must be:

Unused and in resalable condition,
Sent completely with its original packaging,
Returned with all accessories, if any, and its invoice.

Returns of products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Process

After you submit your return request via email or phone, you will be given the necessary guidance.

Once the returned product reaches us, necessary checks are performed. If the return conditions are met, the product price will be refunded using the payment method used, within the periods stipulated in the applicable legislation.
